We are happy to supply goods via purchase order and can be purchased offline, however, we do not offer credit, Goods will be shipped after the payment is credited. A purchase order can be sent to contact@qtech.digital

Delivery

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

We stock a comprehensive range of equipment in our warehouse. If your item is In Stock, we can usually ship on the same day for orders placed before 1 pm, and the next day for orders placed after 1 pm. Our aim is to get your order on board with the courier within two business days of purchase.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing
  • We are closed on weekends and public holidays
  • Our shipping provider does not deliver on weekends and public holidays

Our website generates low stock notifications and automatically sends them through to our operations team, so there’s a good chance that more stock is already on its way.

If it isn’t, then it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for your product to be dispatched. Our sales staff will be able to advise you of expected arrival times for Back-Ordered items. For urgent Back-Orders, we may be able to fast track your order. To enquire about this service, please contact us before placing your order on our website.

Yes. Having part of your purchase on ‘Back-Order‘ will not delay the shipment of your ‘In Stock’ products

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment, and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.

Your delivery information is sent to dispatch immediately after your payment is processed, so it’s difficult to change this after your order has been placed. Please enter your address details carefully!

QTech Offers Manufacturers International warranty for each of its products.
Manufacturer’s Warranty – Each and every one of the products available from QTech comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. Generally, these warranties last for one year to five years, depending upon the manufacturer and the product. Cosmetic problems are generally not covered by manufacturer’s warranties. Detailed information on the manufacturer’s warranty should be present in the manual or on the packaging of the product in question.

We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
